We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! We accept returns and provide full refunds for up to 30 days after the flowers were received. 

Shipping is not refunded. We recommend that you ship with Tracking as we cannot guarantee that your shipment was received.

Include the Order # and/or Name & Address of the customer or recipient with your return. Flowers and glass vases must be in brand new, sellable condition and carefully packaged using as much bubble wrap and newspaper as the item originally came with.
